I think that this is probably an involved issue. I just want to understand better so that I might be able to avoid it.
I obtained the Consumer Key / Secret Key to integrate ClassCube into Canvas. Everything seemed to be working.
When I tried to use this for another class, it seemed like I created another identity. Something seems to persist which does not allow me back into my previous account even if I logout of ClassCube.
Right now many of my students are getting the error message about problems not being found, and I believe it is due to this.
I believe it is clearly something that I am doing wrong, but I don’t know what it is, and I don’t know how to fix it.
I believe there was a way to merge accounts, but it seems that each one of my classes is creating a unique user in ClassCube for me as a teacher. I don’t know if that is a solution or not.
